In the year 2012, our Team was invited to give lecture on “DOORDHARSHAN” for the afternoon show “YUV-TARANG” in which we were asked to give some advice on “How to reduce students’ stress during their studies”. Just before the recordings, we were provided with a data containing a shocking fact that about 12,000 students commit suicide every year. Keeping this point into our mind, we started seriously thinking over it to find some concrete solutions to tide over this mind boggling problem. Meanwhile, we saw on T.V. an interview of Shri Narendra Modi ji in which he emphasized the need to develop such software which may find out the inherent and inborn talent of a child and encourage his / her parents to develop him / her in such a way to tap the talent so that the child can reach the pinnacle of his / career in the life. In view of this background, our founding father Mr. D. D. Sharma and his other Team Members started a Company, named “360 Degree Change Transformation Private Limited” at JAIPUR [Rajasthan, INDIA]. The aim of the company is to develop such courses which will find definite solutions on this burning problem. In order to spread the knowledge and the skills among the students at large, we started to approach the reputed schools of India.
Shri D. D. Sharma is a well-educated person, having 35 year’s vast experience of administering several Institutions. He has 6 years’ experience as a University Professor. He has been personally trained intensively on “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” none other than the famous Leadership and Management Guru Mr. Stephen R. Covey.
Mr. Vineet Sharma is an M.Com. & M.B.A., is a young, Energetic and Dynamic Person. He is an Expert of “Neuro Linguistic Program – The Power of Subconscious Mind, Alpha Mind Activation, DMIT & Midbrain Activation”. He is also expert for Teaching Scientific use of “Gayatri Mantra” and “Gayatri Hawan Therapy”. He is also author of a 7 Books.
Mr. Vipul Sharma is an M.B.A., is a Young, Energetic and Dynamic Person. He has been specifically trained at Singapore as well as Japan to become expert in DMIT Counseling, Midbrain Activation and Brain Engineering Techniques. He is a National Level Speaker on “Law of Attraction” and Awarded by “Aneky Riewald” for Trainers Training Course on “Law of Attraction”.
Anju Jangid is having academic qualification of M.Com. and also a Dynamic and Young Lady. She has been associated with TEAM 360 for more than 5 years and now she is Project Director of TEAM 360. She is Midbrain Activation Expert and imparts On-line and Off-Line Training to all Franchise Holders and Customers.
Anjali Ajadiwal is having academic qualification of M.Com. and a Young and Dynamic Lady. She has been associated with TEAM 360 for more than 5 years and now she is Managing Director of TEAM 360. She is Midbrain Activation Expert and imparts On-line and Off-Line Training to all Franchise Holders and Customers.
Sapna Saini is a Technical Manager in TEAM 360. She is a very hard working person and has a spirit of dedication in TEAM 360. She has good rapport with Managing Director and Project Director Anjali Ajadiwal and Anju Jangid respectively.
